SOVEREIGN PICKETS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

* The client/s shall clear the fence line of all obstacles, ie trees, stumps, debris, watering systems etc. to provide 1m of working space. Extra charges may apply if the client fails to provide these conditions. *The client/s are responsible for identifying all electrical, phone cables, water and gas pipes, storm water, sewage and drainage pipes. If clients elect not to do this, the contractor will exercise all care, but will not be responsible for damage to these. *The client shall provide power and water if necessary for the purpose of construction. *The client is responisble for the management and care of pets during the construction time. *The client shall be responsible for obtaining planning or council permits, if required. (Sovereign Pickets can assist by providing necessary drawings and specifications required by council) *The client shall be responsible for providing the correct location of the fence line. The constractor will attempt to erect the fence in the correct position, however, in the event of a dispute over an unsurveyed fence line, the client will be reponsible for the position of the fence and any costs associated with the dispute. *The contractor has the right to ammend the quotation if not accepted within 30 days. *All fencing is guaranteed for 12 months from the construction date against defects in workmanship and materials. *All attempts are made to provide the highest quality materials. However, as timber is a natural product, knots, gum veins and hairline splits should not be considered defects. I/We have read the above conditions and quotation and wish to proceed with the construction.
